What happens during a demo?
We'll walk you through the platform, show you how AI-assisted redaction works, and answer all your questions. Demos take about 20 minutes and are tailored to your specific use case.
Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?
Yes. For high volumes or custom SLA needs, Enterprise starts from €3,000 a year ex VAT. Contact us to discuss your needs. Every plan includes single sign-on (SSO) via Microsoft & Google: your users sign in with their existing Microsoft 365 or Google account. A one-time email code is also available.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. Every free trial gives you Pro features for 14 days. No credit card required. Enterprise has no self-serve trial: contact us. Start your free trial.
Where is my data stored?
Case data and documents are stored in Microsoft Azure West Europe (Netherlands), with a second copy of documents in North Europe (Ireland). AI processing runs in Azure Sweden Central. A few supporting services work outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: Microsoft Graph (your users' names and emails, for invitations), Google reCAPTCHA (browser signals from people using your request forms) and Stripe (billing).
